received confirmation that when the merge happens, all of us will still have our jobs, and according to their program director: "There's no way that this isn't going to happen."

pain meds are only giving me the not so fun side effects, and basically doing nothing to help with pain. if i act like I'm loopy on pain meds and it doesn't hurt, maybe I can psych myself into it?
