Ingredients:
20 oz. silken tofu
16 oz. coffee soymilk
2 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
nutmeg, freshly grated
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Process thoroughly, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides, until the mixture is smooth and thick.
3. Chill for at least two hours and up to 12 hours.
