Weekend in Review
This Saturday, I went to the Portland School of Rock performance of the Beatles. It made me giggle to watch a 12 year old sing I am the Walrus. It was a good show, minus the ear splitting disharmony between two of the singers. Check 'em out.
Watched Return to Oz and The Queen. Loved Return to Oz. While The Queen was well done, it didn't quite tickle my fancy.
Finally purchased a file cabinet for my many papers that seem to take over nearly every flat surface of the apartment. Okay, it's mostly papers for next year's taxes and animal rights distro info. But, now it's all in one neatly organized place. woohoo!
Looking forward to participating in SHIFT on Saturday, since I'm working and can't attend today's session. It should get my blood flowing for the weekly protest at least.
Weekends are getting full, now to add fun stuff for during the week.
