Sort of. Madoka was running by, on her way to the Cosplay cafe, when she spotted him and waved... then slowed. She didn't recognize him. Not, of course, that Madoka thinks she is exceptionally good at memorizing people! But she feels bad for not introducing herself to everyone. ]

Oh, um! Hello! Have we met? I-... I'm Madoka. Kaname!

Does anything happen if you don't go? I heard something about droning or whatever, but I'm not really sure what that means.

Y-yeah, if you don't attend for three days then you get droned... but, when you're droned... You act like you've lived here your whole life. It's like being brainwashed, I think, so... so you should try not to let it happen.
