my loves
i may be getting two more rats next week, one looks just like frida & the other one is like an evil blonde twin. some asshole abandoned them for no good reason after having them for a week or two. it does seem kind of sketch, but there's supposedly nothing wrong with them & they're being taken to the vet this friday. i went to the pet store to get some more bedding & an employee approached me going, "hey, you're that rat girl!" he basically told me he's pissed at his co-workers & how they're handling the returned rats so he'll give me them & a cage for free after he runs them to the vet. i figure if they get along with frida, my room will just be overtaken with cages... & if not i'm sure someone i know will want one or both. i think it will just be fun to see how these rats are because frida is a pissy little jerk sometimes. somedays she is super lovey to me & cuddles with me when i don't feel well & other days she wants nothing to do with me & scatches the shit out of my hands when i try to hold her. ugh! i still love her though, she's like my problem child. & if you say "ew" i'm going to kick you in the mouth.
