Im sorry but this is complete bollocks. The motive is missing for a start. And please don't give me the wet bed nonsense, because her bed was dry, and it had not been changed, as fibres from the clothes she had been wearing that night were found in her bed!

You've also conveniently left out the evidence to show this could of been an intruder. Infact not much thought has gone into this other then to repeate the rubbish from boulder police, who are now stood with their dicks in their hands after admitting they were wrong!

You also left out the 6 experts who discounted Patsy as the wrtier of the note, and failed to explain the two who said it was likley her, hadn't even seen the original.

Evidence of an intruder.

Definite distrubred cobwebs. ( check again)

2 sets of footprints. One unidentifed the other not belonging to anyone in the home or their friends. ( Hi-Tec)

Foreign DBA under her fingernails, panties and the wasitband of her pants. That matched.

A patial hand print on the cellar room door, not belonging to the family or their friends.

Fibres from the garotte found on her bed

Firbres from the brown sack found in her bed and in her body bag.

Firbes from her carpet on the baseball bat found outside the home. The bat did not belong to anyone in the Ramseys home.

Firbres from the shammy & duvet found insude the suitcase found on her body.

The foliage that grew round the grate to the open widow, found on her carpet!

It is clear that somebody tried to remove JonBenét initially in the Brown sack and either kept her down in the basement and used the duvet to cover her up, or then tried to take her out in the suitcase that was never usually housed in the basement.
