There is NO federal law saying you can't discriminate against gay (or lesbian or bisexual or transgender) people. And Pennsylvania doesn't have a state law about it either. So Craig Taylor could walk down the hallway going "You, queer, you're fired!" and be perfectly safe and legal.
Fucking fucked up country.
