Ok so Live Chat people are not very helpful and they're kind of shady.
I couldn't get into my old email, probably becaue they locked it cause I havn't used it in a few months. Anyway, no big. But here's the irritating part, they wouldn't give me information wihtout all my mom's online account info.
All I wanted was my email info. I had all MY info for the specific email account and unless I knew everything about the whole account, they wouldn't tell me what to do about my email.
To top it off before you start chat you have to fill in your name and email. And so I even have a chat name that is my name. Half way through the conversation. the Live Chat person say s "May I ask with whom I'm speaking?" Are you serious!?!?
So that is annoying. I finally find out that they did lock my account but it is retrievable and OH suprise suprise, there's nothing else they can do for me. Also, it took them like 3 minutes to answer each question.... ugh.
