(no subject)
WE drove to Ocean City today. It took us a little over 2 1/2 hours to get there. I finished Middlesex. It was windy but not too terrible, the water was freezing as always, but it was such a beautiful day. I had fun even rolling in the sand a bit, though as always I will be finding it for days amongst my belongings and my body. We ate at this seafood buffet and since I prefer most of my seafood fried I exhausted all my points I had left for the day and the extra week points. Good thing it is Saturday. Tomorrow begins anew.
the beach was inspiring. I got to test a passage I wrote about racing the waves. We misplaced Andrew for awhile which was concerning. But he was just walking down the beach. There would have been more lounging on my part, but there was the walk to search for Andrew. Chris lounged a lot. hmmmm. It was a nice day and the drive back the windows were open which felt really nice which was when I finished my book. It was really good by the way.
