Over the weekend we played D&D. Pranks with low level spells and an Ankheg attack. also, an expensive Orcish drinking game.
Mr. Weber has ceased the use of the phrase "computer generated," instead replacing it with the simpler and more normal phrase "typed."
We have a new student in our math class, which is amazing. He's half French and half German. When Mr. Watson said there was a test the next day, the student (who's name I have a hard time remembering, let alone spelling) expressed concern. Mr. Watson's reply was, "I'm not evil."
So, what are we up to in school?
Astronomy: Cool videos on the origins of the earth. Also, worksheets on famous astronauts.
Physics: Basic motion stuff. Velocity, speed, acceleration.
Chemistry: Electron configurations.
Gym: Football. Our team sucks, but at least we're not the kind of team that's always yelling at whichever player messes up.
Lunch: We have a table that is crammed but has lots of cool people. Today we celebrated Brian Rick's birthday.
Math: Functions.
AP American: The Revolutionary War. I just recently realized there is not "r" in Mr. Welgoss's name. This is rather scary considering how many times I've read my schedule.
English: Short Stories and Talking Points. Yeah, Mr. Weber stuff. We got our author assignments, and I got Isaac Asimov.
Creative Writing club is interesting... basically we take random stuff and have to make a peice of writing out of it.
Fencing on Wednesday. The Esteemed Sir Spockmaster Funk 3000 The Third Esq. (crybaby pending) couldn't make it. He didn't miss much, just free fencing. It was still fun, though. I hadn't gotten to fence Noah or Jon in awhile.
If anime club is still happening, I'm missing out.
Pep Rally today. Basically watching cheerleaders and seeing the football team and a bunch of other random stuff. Basically a Study Hall, except that Acid Stan is on the football team which was cool.
I plan on beating Moose's Penguin Shot record at some point. i'm not going to even attempt to touch his new Tetris high score. i suck at tetris, and he's like a tetris master.
Moyer and Rich still owe me money.
