oh, um, I don't think you understood me. ><
For tracking I said 12 USD additionally. So the 7 USD for shipping + 12 USD for tracking = 19 USD.

I'm using the usps calc and the cheapest option with tracking is if I use the Flat Rate Envelope. Which would be 17 USD.

I can refund you if you aren't comfortable with the price~
