What did you do in 2009 that you’d never done before?
Go to a real high school with actual people.
Did you keep your New Year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Ugh. I don't know yet.
Did anyone close to you give birth?
No, not really.
Did anyone close to you die?
Nope. Not this year.
What countries did you visit?
None. Left the state a few times, but not the country. =/
What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
Positivity. Lots of good achievements. Be more outgoing. Stay caught up in school.
What dates from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Nothing in particular. 9/11 will always be important. This year it was 8 years since that day. I didn't lose anyone in there, but I'll always remember it.
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Friends. I met some really amazing people, bonded some more with some amazing people and trusted some really amazing people. Joey, Elizabeth, Emilee, Michelle, Christina, Danielle, Erika, and of course, the triple threat, Jamie, Molly and Dorothy.
What was your biggest failure?
Falling behind in school so quickly. Letting boys mess with my head. Feeling like a failure.
Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing other than the usual. But I did fall and scrape my knee and hands up pretty badly in August. Still have the scars...
What was the best thing you bought?
Hmm... Probably everyone's Christmas gifts. I can't wait to hand out the last of them! =)

Jeeze, everyone who I listed above deserves a toast from me. I love you, girls!
Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Well, Josh and Tyler from time to time. Clay. Dylan. Uhh... Ben. That's pretty much it. Hmm. I see a pattern here. Boy, boy, boy, boy, boy...
Where did most of your money go?
Christmas gifts!!
What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Sweet 17. NCIS returning. Bones returning. Psych. Uhhh... X-Men. I got really into X-Men. Oh, and Ryan Reynolds. ;)

Hot n Cold-Katy Perry, Just Dance-Lady Gaga, Down-Jay Sean... Pretty much anything Lady Gaga, actually.

Probably sadder. It's hard to know for sure.

Fatter. lol.

Poorer.

Studying. Socializing. Sleeping. Laughing.

Failing. Goofing off. Television time.

At home. T'wasn't bad.

Honestly? Wow, that's a hard one. Lemme think... NONE.
What was your favourite TV show?
Harper's Island!
Do you hate anyone now you didn’t hate this time last year?
I don't think so. I'm kinda pissed at a certain boy, at the moment...
What was the best book you read?
I only read one thing this year. Twilight. It was better than I thought. I did, however, read some amazing fanfiction!
What was your greatest musical discovery?
Lady Gaga, Dashboard Confessional, The Killers (a renewed love), Moulin Rouge... I dunno. Stuff.
What did you want and get?
I believe, and hope, friendship for life.
What did you want and not get?
My drivers license. A boyfriend. A pony. A million dollars. A baby sister.
What was your favourite film of this year?
The Proposal. Hands down. Coming in close second is He's Just Not That Into You, X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Moulin Rouge.
What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 17. One more year till legal adulthood. Are you scared?
Stayed home. Hoping to have a party sometime soon, but I don't know...
What one thing would have made your year immeasurably satisfying?
*sigh* Uh... A best friend who lived next door. That would have been excellent. I probably would have been a lot happier.
How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
A lot more picky. Lots of bright colors. I got a pretty good handle of eyeliner/mascara this year. Wore some every day, thank you very much. ;)
What kept you sane?
All my lovely lady friends whom I mentioned above.
Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Aaron Stanford. Ryan Reynolds.
What political issue stirred you the most?
Oy vey. Uh... I'll just go with the troops not being home yet. =(
Who did you miss?
Grandpa. I had a really emotional moment this year where I wished I would have been able to meet him.
Who was the best new person you met?
Emilee, Joey, Michelle and Christina. I knew everyone else before.
Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009:
-Trust is a big thing. Don't dump it all on someone and expect them to take it. Give it in doses.
-Friends are truely the best things out there.
-The majority of guys out there are idiots.
-It's okay to cry.
-Talking about things that bother you can sometimes help, even if it is humiliating.
-Jump in the pool. Don't wait to be pushed. (As in, make an effort to talk to people, don't wait for an invite.)
