Continuity errors

In preparation for the release of "The Lost Hero" (I can't believe it's only a week away!!!) I've been rereading the PJO series for the 3rd time, and I cannot stress how much I LOVE this series.

But I have noticed some continuity errors that I hadn't previously that sort of bug me and seeing as the community has been a little dead of late, I thought why not start a topic about it, haha.

~ In TLT Dionysus is originally described as wearing a tiger-print shirt and it's the "skin of the tiger" that is one of the things that clues Percy in to who Mr D really is. But in every book after, it's leopard-print that he wears.

~ In TLT the Gods on Olympus are said to be 10 feet tall. In TTC Percy says they're 15 feet tall. And In TLO I'm pretty sure they're taller still (not up to that in my rereading, but I remember it being different cos this was actually the first error in the books I noticed, back in my original reading). I suppose this one could be explained away as Percy exaggerating though ... ?

~ Clarisse's hair colour is originally described as brown, but later changes to dirty blonde. (This one too, to be fair, may not be an actual continuity error seeing as obviously people can and do dye their hair. However Percy never notes that her hair colour is different, hence why I've added it to the list).

~ When Percy first dreams of Thalia after learning her story in TLT he says her eyes are "stormy green", but from SoM on they're blue.

~ At the end of SoM, the black horse Percy inadvertently frees from the Princess Andromeda is a mare, yet from TTC on we all know "she" suddenly becomes a he, Blackjack.

I'm sure there was something else I noticed, but I can't think ... and there may be more as I read back BotL and TLO.

Has anyone else noticed these? Does it bother you? (For me, sometimes, it pulls me out of the story cos I have to go back and check whether I've misremembered something or whether Riordan has indeed contradicted himself). Has anyone noticed any others?
