I've been listening to Ipswich a lot, and, er, I keep fixating on the smoke-filled fuselage disaster:

"The important thing is, is Martin all right?"

And then Douglas rescues (the body of) Martin! I have this soap-operatic image of Douglas emerging heroically from the smoke with a swooning Martin in his manly arms. *cough* (Of course, this being Cabin Pressure, he'd then bump his head on the door frame or something...)

So, er, something around that, please? :D Hurt-comfort, CPR, crack, all of the above... Fic, art, it's all welcomed.

I've had a flashback to Ferris Bueller's Day Off, where Cameron throws himself into a pool and Ferris pulls him out. Cameron then puts on a nasally voice and says "Ferris Bueller, you're my heeeroooooo!"

So yeah. Martin saying that to Douglas would be hilariously cracky.

I might be writing something... I mean, I started on it. But, well, the problem is... it's crack. Really really really cracky. Because it's written from Arthur's point of view. And it's slightly slashy too. Oh dear, what am I doing! XD

I hope it'll meet your expectations (what am I saying, it probably won't, but maybe hopefully just a little?)
