Pairing: Singer/Cash
Rating: NC-17. But not too graphic.
Disclaimer: To the best of my knowledge, this has never happened. But it's Singer and Cash. So really, who knows?
I wrote this in like half an hour. So if it sucks, I thoroughly apologize. I love comments. :]
“Books!” The little girl’s face lit up at the sight of the large brick library in front of her. She tugged her older brother’s hand. “Alex, let’s go!” She urged him on.
Alex DeLeon let himself be yanked into the building. “Sophia, sweetie, it’s ok. The books aren’t going anywhere.” He smiled at the eagerness of his sister. He couldn’t help but wish to go back to a time when everything in life was so simple.
“Aleeeeeex,” she tugged harder. He had gotten wrapped up in his thoughts and slowed his pace.
“Um.” He glanced around. It had been awhile since he had been forced into the library. By awhile, he meant years. “Do you know where the kid books are? Princesses and stuff?”
She looked insulted. “Yes. And I don’t read about princesses, thank you very much. I’m not 3.” She folded her arms across her chest as if to show her maturity through defiance.
Alex laughed. “Ok. Well, I’ll be…um…where are the adult books?”
Sophia sighed, took his hand, and led him in the direction of the lined bookcases featuring displays of everything from Janet Evanovich to Stephen King.
“Alright. I’ll meet you by the checkout in half an hour. Ok?” Sophia shook her head emphatically and raced off.
Alex didn’t know what to do in a library. He had never been a big fan of reading. Music was more of his thing. But he walked in the direction his little sister had pointed him anyway.
He headed to the corner. It was dead silent, and the swish of his jeans made him self-conscious. The lights seemed dim and there was no one else in sight. He picked a book off a shelf and read the back. Nothing special. He replaced it and grabbed another, only to repeat the process.
“Hey,” came a greeting behind him.
He was so taken aback that he dropped the novel he had been holding on his foot. “Efffffff.” He hissed through his teeth, hopping up and down on his good foot. He had been sure he was alone.
When he finally turned to see who had scared him, he recognized him as Cash Colligan from his English class. They had talked a few times. And Alex had had a massive crush on him for months. Even the mention of his name made his palms sweaty. It was pathetic. But Cash had never seemed like the type to be hanging at the library on a Saturday morning. In fact, he was the exact opposite.
Cash must have noticed the puzzled look on Alex’s face. “I was on my way to CVS.” He stated. “I saw you go in with some little chick. Thought I’d say hi.”
Weird.
“Oh,” Alex’s voice was an octave above its normal tone. Why did he always act like such a girl around Cash?
Cash’s eyes were glued to Alex’s body as he bent down to pick up the book he had dropped earlier. He couldn’t help but notice how Alex’s jeans fit him just right. And he had a hard time remembering to breathe when Alex’s shirt lifted and revealed a strip of skin above his jeans as he reached up to place the book back on the top of the shelf. Cash licked his lips.
The truth was, Cash had an obsession with Alex. How he never raised his hand in class but always spewed out a long-winded brilliant response when called on turned him on. Big time.
“So, uh…” Alex struggled to find something to say to fill the silence. He felt awkward. Socializing was never his strong point. Ever.
Cash couldn’t take it any more. He grabbed Alex’s face and pressed their lips together. When he pulled back, he looked expectantly at the other boy.
Alex wore a shocked expression, but quickly broke into a grin. Then he looked confused again once he realized this was reality, not a daydream. “Wait. What just happened?”
“Alex DeLeon. I love you.” Cash looked sincere.
“Um. For real?” Alex couldn’t help but be skeptical.
Cash pulled him close by his belt loops and kissed him again in response. This would be going a little too far for a practical joke. He decided it was legit.
When Cash broke the kiss to gauge Alex’s expression again, Alex smiled. “I love you too, Cash Colligan.”
Cash smiled back. He lifted Alex’s black tee shirt over his head to reveal a defined chest. Cash licked his lips again. He had it bad. He backed Alex up against the wall, still in the corner, still not visible to anyone.
Soon, Cash’s shirt joined Alex’s. Then came jeans. Shoes. Socks. Boxers.
Cash and Alex were intertwined, making out, naked, against a wall in the public library.
Finally, Cash couldn’t stand it anymore. He was hard. And it hadn’t taken long at all. He pumped himself a few times. Alex watched with pleasure. He knew what was coming.
Cash had Alex sitting on a bookshelf, legs spread. After working his fingers in and out of Alex’s hole, Cash entered slowly. He had no clue if Alex had done this before or not. He didn’t want to take any chances.
“Honestly, Cash, it’s ok.” Alex assured him. “I can take it. Just hurry.”
It took considerable effort not to scream out begging for more or moan when a thrust hit someone just right, but they managed to stay quiet enough so as to not draw any attention to the back of the room.
Cash came and melted into Alex’s chest, softly moaning, and surely leaving scars in his shoulders with his nails. It was enough to send Alex over the edge, collapsing into his partner, his head nestled in Cash’s neck.
“Wow,” Alex said after catching his breath and scrambling to put his clothes back on.
“Yeah.” Cash said. They grinned at each other.
“Alex! I’m ready to go!” Sophia came skipping over to her brother, a pile of brightly colored picture books in hand. She noticed Cash and looked up at him. “You don’t think I would read about princesses, do you?” She eyed him suspiciously.
Cash was surprised at this question. “Uh…” He shot Alex a questioning look over Sophia’s shoulder. Alex responded by shaking his head ‘no’ vigorously. “Oh, of course not.” Cash hoped that was the right answer.
“Ok. Good.” Sophia grinned approval at her brother’s friend and skipped away toward the checkout. “Hurry up, Alex! Mom’s gonna be mad if we’re late!”
Cash pulled Alex in for a quick kiss once Sophia was out of sight. “My boyfriend has the cutest little sister ever.”
Alex grinned in response. “Boyfriend?” He raised his eyebrows. “I like that.”
“ALEEEEEX!” Sophia came running back over to motivate her brother once she noticed he wasn’t following her. Alex allowed himself to be dragged, once again, by his sister. Cash laughed and declared he would never check out a book from this library. With what they had gotten away with, there was no telling what the librarians did after closing. He shivered and walked away, still grinning.
