beta request
The publication of A Summer in York on The Petulant Poetess is in an empasse because of the lack of a beta. The girl who is helping me with the most visible mistakes, growley464, is a generous volunteer, but she's not very used to TPP's and other archives' rules about formatting and punctuation. I've contacted some twenty people from the TPP beta directory and Perfect Imagination; two of them replied positively, but have disappeared after their first mail (I don't know why they agreed in first place, only to disappear later without explanation). So: I need a beta to assist growley464.
A Summer in York is a SS/HG fic set in 2009, fairly tending on the Muggle side. Hermione found a summer job in a Muggle library in York, where by chance she meets Snape, who has lost his magic after Nagini's bite. War memories, quarrels, bickerings, night strolls and visits to York museums follows.
You can find the first six chapters here on my lj. I'm currently writing the seventh and I'm only halfway in the whole story. So yes, it will be a quite long, but - I hope - pleasing journey.
For those who already know me - York is not a casual setting.
