This just in: Bruce, God of Landlords, called and left a message today being extremely apologetic about not being able to tell me when exactly in the next two days the contractor he's engaged to PUT IN A BATHROOM FAN will be coming to my apartment.
I emailed him back to assure him that I don't care if said contractor has to come in at 2am, if I get a bathroom fan out of it.
The lack of bathroom ventilation has really been the #1 problem with this apartment since I moved back in in August, but because I am sort of lazy I hadn't even MENTIONED it to Bruce. He is SO AWESOME.
Two weeks ago, he also came in and put a new doorknob on my bedroom door, so that I can actually CLOSE said door instead of hooking it closed from whichever side I happen to be on, and apparently DID put the hook I wanted in the living room ceiling; it was just by the wrong window. He offered to come in and put in a new hook.
