mystery songs from LimeWire

I desperately need a program that will allow me to convert an m4a file to mp3. It can be a demo as long as the demo will do that; I only need to do one file, so it can expire after X conversions.

Any suggestions?

Also, has anyone heard a version of "Two Sisters" (Child #10) by a slightly emo-sounding guy using "bow wee down" and "but I'll be true to my love if my love will be true to me" as the chorus? And the miller takes the drowned girl's five gold rings? But there's also a singing bone harp, unlike in the Clannad version. Never mind, got it confused with another version I downloaded at the same time. There are no supernatural instruments. But there ARE periodically these slightly discordant snatches of wind (?) music. Sampled in, apparently.

I got it off LimeWire last night, an inadequately tagged m4a file, and it is FUCKING AMAZING. ETA: Magically the tags appeared when converted to mp3 (see below). Have ordered album.

ETA: Thank you SO MUCH, ingole! Conversion worked, AND when I converted it to mp3, I somehow got the tags--the artist is Jim Moray, off his album Sweet England. Which looks like something I might like to own, actually.
