Apparently, 1st Degree Murder Is Only Worth 5 Years To Life Prison In Utah...
Six years if you use a firearm. Hacking was sentenced yesterday for killing his wife by shooting her in the head with a .22 while she was sleeping, killing her and most likely her unborn child.....all because she caught him in a lie.
Hacking lied about his actions for three months before finally telling the truth. As luck would have it for him, his wife's body was so badly decomposed, it was impossible for doctors to determine whether or not she had been carrying a child, as she had told family and friends just before her disappearance. If they had been able to determine that he was carrying a fetus, instead of 6 years, Hacking could have been put to death.....
What kind of fucked up quality of life is that? I would imagine Scott Peterson is SO envious of Mark Hacking. When murdering your wife, it's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Haven't the Queer Eye Guys already covered this helpful tip? Dumb straight men.....but boy weren't won't those two wife murderers woofy upon incarceration? How many bears had to face the moral quandry of having their dicks twitch with excitement over two scum of the earth because beardliness is almost as good as divine absolution in the eyes of most bears, right?
