Broccoli Salad

Salad:

2 bunches raw broccoli flowers, tips only
½ cup chopped red onion
½ lb. Cooked, chopped bacon
½ cup sunflower seeds

Dressing:

¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sugar
2 T. Red wine vinegar

Combine all salad ingredients. Dressing: Mix ingredients for dressing in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Toss dressing with salad ingredients. Transfer to serving bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.

Serves 8-10
