i'm a hazard to myself
I just read my Septemer 6th entry from last fall... It brought back vivid memories that aren't so painful now as they were at the time. It is so weird bc I see our new pledge class doing the exact same things in the exact same order as we did.
I love it here... even more than ever, I think. I am going in some new directions that I am unsure of, but definitely optimistic about. My house is still wonderful and we know the way to do things. I love my roomies more than life.
I got to see my rahlah and play with her this weekend and it made me smile big smiles. BAMA rolled in a win and that topped everything off. Good weekend in ttown... another is fastly approaching and I can't wait!
I have a million things to accomplish, but somehow I have made myself cram those things away. I think it's time to get my shovel and dig them out and bite the bullet. SCHOOL IS NOT REALLY LIFE IS IT?... oh yes it is.
We had a DKE swap last night (Caddy Shack). It was our first social event with the DKEs in four years. The class that just graduated had a pledge party or something with the dkes when they were freshman and somehow a brick got thrown through a church window and so ever since we have been forbidden to have parties with those boys. SInce they are all gone we get a new slate. I hope no one messes it up again
tanning bed was a bad bad bad idea tonight... shame shame on me.
I saw Juria blown today... she drove by and hollered at me from her car. We had a short and sweet talk and I remembered how much I miss my best friend.
Just throwing some tid bits out there for everyone...
My cousin caroline bonner and her friends are coming this weekend and so i believe that will be exciting... I love weekends (football weekends especially) so that deserves a fat ROLL TIDE.
i have forgotten to mention a huge thing that happened to me two days ago..
I had just had lunch with Daniel, craig, and my brother @ buffalo phils and told danny bye and all that. I pulled out of the parking lot and BAM. a girl ran a stop sign and plowed in to poor etta jay. My car is demolished and looks bad. It shall be fixed soon.
ps. I was fine as well as the girl and tyler. We were all shaken up and sore...no big.
also my socket in my wall decided to explode and melt my phone and charger. cool, right?
first the exploding toilet and now the electrical socket.
I have decided that here shortly i will be walking down the street and burst into flames. beware.
so that sums up things for now... i guess.
