Steinway Street, Sept 4, 2009
It is currently the middle of Ramadan. I just walked up Steinway Street in Astoria, NY, the street is alive with people, families and friends, breaking their fast, and coming back from worship. It's times like this when I really appreciate my little neighborhood here in Queens. Astoria is beautiful.
