Obama reads books!!

Well, kind of...

I saw this article today...

I actually heard about Lush Life, when the Author did a sort of stand up and it was played on
This American Life on NPR a couple of weeks ago. I thought I'd look into borrowing that book from the library after I finish the few books that I have on my table (along with all the knitting projects I have on the table!) I never thought I'd be reading a book that the President, even Obama, was reading for Leisure.

I enjoyed reading this article. Makes a good point about how much reading he needs to do in order to complete reading all the books on the list. So the question is... WHICH of the books did he end up reading?

Hmmm....

Speaking of, I've just been adding interesting books from NPR's summer reading list. But I'd love to hear your recommendations for good (portable, I read a lot on the train...) fiction, biographies, or memoirs that I should be reading.

Currently (trying to) reading
Mine, all mine -- Adam Davies
on the table:
Blue Eyed Devil: A Road Odessey Through Islamic America -- Micheal Muhammad Knight
The Invention of Everything Else, A Novel -- Samantha Hunt, fiction about the inventor Nickola Tesla

I also want to read:
Best Friends Forever -- Jennifer Weiner
The Scenic Route -- Binnie Kirshenbaum
