(no subject)
oh my geeze..my birthday is in 3 days!@# wooo, ill finally be legal in all ways, save for a senior discount, but i can wait for that. about a month and a half ago, i requested the whole weekend off.... and guess what i got it!!! i cannot stress to you how happy this makes me. since school has started, ive had a total of 2 days completely off, otherwise im either working or in school or doing both. i can't even remember what its like to have a weekend, and now i have 3 WHOLE days off. of course next week i have school and work E-v-e-r-y-d-a-y, but we'll not think about that now. This weekend was a huge stresser, i had a mid term due today which required me to submit an rc slick which i had to obtain from a service bureau. i dropped my zip off on friday after work, they said it would be ready for pick up on monday. well, me being the half asleep worn out retard that i am lately, i submitted my disk with no copy. i had no evidence of my work at all, save for that disk. i couldnt do any work on it over the weekend which i really needed to do. and guess what, theyre closed on the weekend. i sat all day friday, saturday, and sunday stressing out, not knowing if it would be ready by 3, and not knowing if id have time to complete what i needed to do. in order to get the project completely done, i had to skip my publishing class, go pick up the print, come home finish my work and do a write up on the proceedure. but... it was finished on time and honestly, looked 110% better than anyone elses in the class. so, go me. i also had to wakeup today at like 8:45 to go take a math test before all of this, because it was the last day for me to take it. im not so sure i did very well on it, but i averaged out my grade and gave myself an imaginary grade of 70 on the test, and id still have a low A, whew. alsoooo, today, my design teacher extended the due date of our colorwheel project, this also makes me soooo happy. no more stress this week. it was originally due this wednesday, but now it's due mon. *sigh of relief*
I got to see my parents on Saturday, which was really nice, we went out and got a steak dinner for my birthday, wo0p. then we had coffee and pie =] i miss them so much sometimes, theyre such awesome people. I really feel so fortunate to have them as my family.
as for now, i feel really dirty, and i must go shower. we got an awesome new shower head last week, and now showers are so relaxing, =].
