(no subject)
the commercials for the new fox show, banzai, are starting to scare me... on different levels. =/ im not sure what to think.
im taking my car in tomorrow at 10am to the claims office to get an estimate on how much they think it will cost to fix. doesnt really matter too much though, i have to pay the first $1000 =[. it'll be funny driving my wrecked car down Lamar. im sure ill get pleanty of looks \m/ (i should spray paint something obscene on it, as to get even more attention). after that i will be spending my time finding a body shop that can repair it at a reasonable price and that isnt too far away. if anyone in austin has any suggestions, feel free to let me know.
i mailed off my ticket and all the other junk associated with it, so now i have to look into defensive driving classes, SO.MUCH.FUN. i have 120 days to complete it and mail my completeion certificate off, so im thankful i dont have to stress about time too much.
this week is also my orientation for school, and hopefully an appoinment with a counselor for reg. purposes. i'd like very much to get all my school stuff taken care of as soon as possible... one less thing to worry about.
i also got a call about working =D however, its going to have to wait till i have reliable transportation, which idealy will be this or next week, provided i get a rental car. if it does workout, ill be working at the starbucks on rockwood and anderson, which isnt as close as the 45th/Lamar location, but its only about 10 15 min away. so ill be happy.=]
What is this thing you call beer? How dare you
suggest I drink beer- the alchohol content is
far too low! Go get me a cocktail! And put on a
jacket- there's a dress code here.
