Tonight with dinner we tried the Broccoli Romanesco from the box. I steamed it on the stovetop, then drizzled a combination of melted butter, garlic and a little mustard over top. It was quite delicious. I found it similar in taste to broccoliflower (a hybrid of cauliflower and broccoli).
In trying to keep with the simple theme and highlight the veg, I just made a feta-studded omelette and whole wheat toast to go with it. Very pleased.
