Another Spare the Air Day!
Free BART rides are your friend.
Strangely I thought we had blown our wad, so to speak, with the first three spare the air days being free. Yet lo and behold we had one just recently and then again today! And according to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District there will be one more.
I find it amusing that they plaster those big orange stickery/paper things all over the ticket machines as well as the "turnstile" machines. It must be a pain to put them all up, then take them all down.
Maybe I should sign up for their alert service and we can plan a "spare the air" get together for the last free transit spare the air day! Hmm..
