I've been lost in outer space, now my radio won't play
I've been drawing like crazy lately. The spring thawed my skills from the cold winter.
Many things I love in life, close to the top of that list is Kansas City's alternative music scene. Many of my friends fantasize about leaving KC for something better and at one point I had the same fantasy, but once I started getting into local music I became insanely reluctant to leave. I got all the music I'll ever need for the rest of my life right here!!
So I was shocked to see that a movie is being made about the KC music scene!!! NO SHIT!

The Life and Times is one of the many bands interviewed and recorded and they are one of my top favorites. Their new cd Tragic Boogie KILLS. You should listen to Let It Eat if you don't believe me. And the whole thing only costs $10! Will major labels ever treat you so kindly as that?
