So Vern gave me a little nudge wondering where I've been. Here's a quick up date. Opened my owned Mortgage Company here in Palm Springs which is taking up a lot of my time.

Yeah, the whole crowd was there and will be here tonight. I'm investing in the Southern Baptist Sissies movie.
