I'll leave this here in case anyone is interested in writing this. Do you belong to Stranger Things or Angel's Oasis? Both of these boards have challenge threads where you can post challenges like these for others to write.
Also, I know Wereleopard has written an Ats/Charmed crossover called "Eternity" which you can find here:

You're more then welcomed to join those forums. They are both great places to share fic and discuss C/A, Cordy, Angel and the show in general. I highly recommend.
And I've already tried to join but it says that the sites something isn't taking new people or something along the lines of that. Sucks cause I would really like to see a fic write with the idea I have. Charisma was really hot and Charmed ep with her in it, all I could think about was Angel, Angel... and Angel. So hopefully someone does write it! :D
