OMG!!
Reading the comments of another journal it hit me I've been here on Live Journal for almost 5 years now. 3,179 entries. 11,642 comments received ... 6,396 posted (on my journal ... who knows how many on the countless other journals I peruse). It seems hard to believe. It feels like only days ago I discovered this corner of the web.
I've learned a lot about people here - some good, some not so good. After being betrayed by some "friends" I hold my cards a bit tighter these days. I do wish LJ would change that terminology (just my two cents).
I've learned a lot about myself as well, and worked through quite a few things through the words on the virtual pages of my journal ... life, love, loss, yada yada yada.
For those have stuck with me, thanks for taking an interest. :)
