And how does this effect our frredom to use & communicate through the'Net? In the virtual worlds the authorities have difficulty applying criminal law. But that wont stop civil law. This case is just the tip of the iceberg, in a society that is more and more litigious is a certainty that the precedents set by such cases will pave the way for criminal law to apply itself over the internet.
