Vampire on the loose in Birmingham

I thing that the Birmingham Vampire LARP must be very active at the moment. This Story managed to make Radio 4 this morning, even if it was only the police making a statement that there was nothing to make a statement about.

So the question has to be, is it a vampire, is it a larper, or is it just someone who didn't realise that halloween was over 2.5 months ago.
