...Thought I'd be goin away, guess they underestimated the great Melendez!Truth is I wont know anything concrete for a few weeks, but things look good. Got some new counsel on my side(in addition to the lawyer I already had)so im locked and loaded and ready for round two bizitches!In the end I'll probably get something similar to house arrest, but thats the safe way to go about it. I could roll da dice, and take em to trial, but If I lost I would be facin four or more years in state.Ouch!!!! Dont need non a that. My attorneys say we would have a good chance, and better than good chance If I had a witness( which I may), but I just aint a gamblin man.I dont know, what do you think?
On to more important matters...Spring break.Thought Id have my six pack by now, hahah.Ever since I stopped playin rugby I've put on a few pounds.Nothin I cant flex in front of the ladies though.Do need a tan, so Im definitely feelin the beach.Any ideas, hit me up!
Lookin forward to gettin all this legal stuff over with.If UF takes me back, Ill probably go there, but they might not.I could move to cali, but not sure if I want to.Then it would be a toss up between FSU,USF and UCF.FSU got better football, UCF prob. got da ladies and USF is just sort of convenient, location wise.Not sure.I know people at all three universities, but have never been to FSU or UCF.Prob. have to check em out first.
