Statistics and polls, part Three

Aug 20, 2006 23:21

Next step in the great statistical project. *g*

First, the results of the first poll:

These are the votes of all the 47 people who took the poll. Every movie or tv show that less than fifty fourty percent of you guys know is in red, the ones that actually made it in into the next poll are green.

The font is a bit small, so you can get the bigger graphic here.

This are the most viewed movies and tv shows, sorted by popularity. It doesn't make sense to put in any show that has been seen by less than fifty forty percent of all the people who voted. (Okay, okay, fifty percent would make more sense, actually, but I wanted to have at least Men With Guns in it, dammit. So. Well. Ahem.)

So, these 35 shows will be used in the next poll. I will only ask for Queerness, Craziness and Hotness. The rest of the options weren't too interesting for most of you, and, well, the poll is big enough as it is.

Also, most of you guys prefer Violence, blood, death, betrayal, Canada and full-frontal-nudity over Hugh with his glasses on, looking through Callum's checkbook, muttering quietly to himself, although they are pretty close. Pretty far behind are statistics as well as Sundays. But still, statistics are apparently better than Sundays. Which is kind of weird, if you ask me, and I really like statistics. See?

In case you are not sure if you have actually seen the movie (or episode) the poll contains links to screencaps of all the shows.
