Callum Keith Rennie joins cast of ‘24′
Callum Keith Rennie, consummate creepy bad guy, has joined the cast of “24″ for its eighth season, currently filming in New York City. He joins fellow “Battlestar Galactica” alum Katee Sackhoff, but while she is working for the CTU Good Guys, Rennie is (GASP) a Bad Guy Russian Mobster. Shocker.
Keith played creepy cylon Leoban on “Battlestar Galactica” for five seasons and then took a turn as serial killer John Wakefield on “Harper’s Island.” Now he’s going to match wits with Jack Bauer. I’m still putting my money on Jack Bauer. Keith joins the show in the sixth or seventh episode, with “24″ debuting on FOX in January 2010.

One of the sub-plots of this years 24 hours is Mr. Rennie kidnapping Sackhoff and forcing her into a house that he built himself and trying to force her to say that she loves him.
