If you are happy you have no problems using the right icon
Do you have any idea how much trouble picking that icon was? First I wanted to make use of my newly regained icon picking freedom and use my "glee" icon, even though it has one of the Supernatural boys on it. But then I thought that would be too mean and you were good to me, so I should not be mean to you right away. Then I almost used the "licks" icon, until I remembered that I replaced that kitten I used to have in that place with the other Supernatural boy. Then I wanted to use the "Ray/Dief love at first lick" icon, but I have already used that three times today and then I had to make my mind up between smiling Callum and smiling Billy.
It is easier just to spam you with the same icon all the time. But it is also way more boring.
This... is more complicated that I thought. You are... special. Huh. That must have been traumatic for you. Poor Roadie. *pets hard*
(You could just rename the icon space if you upload a new one, but I kind of get that you don't want to have your respective default icon all over your old threads.)
((The again, it's your own fault if you have Supernatural boys all over your icons.))
But yeah, it is a complicated thought process that goes into selecting the right icon, which is why it gets complicated if someone forbids me to use like half my icons. ;p
(I know, but I don't want my default everywhere. No one but theemdash gets it anyway.)
((I like the Supernatural boys. And the Merlin boys. And the Stargate boys. And other boys you probably don't like and they look good on icons.))
(I think I don't even know your default. Huh. *goes to check* Nope. I don't get it. You could change it to CKR. *g* But yeah, I get that. My icons are labeled very specifically. Normally including the name of the artist if it's not me. So, yeah. When they are they are gone. I just have to change my default every now and then.)
((Yeah, yeah, I know. But hey, as long as I don't know them, I have no problem with them! Unless, you know, I can SEE that they are from SPN / Merlin / SG even though I don't know them.))
(That is because I don't usually use it in conversations with people who are not theemdash.
If I changed it to CKR, she would probably get a divorce and I can't have that, cause I love my LJ wife.
I also put the maker in the comments section, that way I can put icons from another maker under a certain keyword and not have it put my default icon there.)
((But there we are again with me not knowing what you know and what not, as I haven't quite mastered the art of mind reading quite yet. I will keep working on it. ;) ))
