Look what the most awesome
benelie allowed me to do! She let me release one of her pictures and now there is A Picture of Callum on Wikipedia. \c/ This makes me quite happy. (And don't give me grief that I chose the wrong one, it was hard enough to make that decision at ALL, okay?)
But, speaking of Wikipedia, guys, you need to get an account if you don't already have one, and get to work. I mean, look at the sad sad Wikipedia page for
Wilby Wonderful. I found links that didn't work because it was spelled 'Will-be Wonderful'! /c\ Or
Suspicious River.
Lucid.
Normal (this one was even sadder before, because neither Callum Keith Rennie nor Tygh Runyan were listed as cast).
Whiskey Echo. The link for
Men With Guns on the Callum Keith Rennie page points to the wrong movie because there IS no Wikipedia page for our Men with Guns. I was surprised that there is a page for
Unnatural & Accidental at all, but oddly enough, there is. But, come on, it needs work (not as much as the non-existing one for the play though). As does the one for
Flower & Garnet. And! There is. No. Wikipedia page. For. Falling Angels. OR My Life as a Dog. That just won't do, people. I mean, honest.
Alsoalso, I was forced to make a page for James Allodi. *throws up arms* What's wrong with the world?
And, you know what pages don't need any more editors taking care of them? Because lots and lots of people already do?
Tin Man (worst miniseries EVER. I may be biased though. Possible.).
The Butterfly Effect (tiny, tiny, role for Callum).
Memento (ditto).
Slap Shot 2 (I kid you not).
Code Name: The Cleaner (You know I wouldn't joke about that one).
And, just. People. That's just not good enough. It really, really isn't.
So, uhm okay. I thought that maybe everyone who makes an CKR Files post could work over the corresponding Wikipedia page a bit? Or make one? And and and, you don't even need an account for most of the changes you want to make. Like, correct a link or something. Or add a synopsis. Or stuff. So, you know, if you want to check out something about Canadian movies on Wikipedia and find out that you know more than it can tell you? Edit, please?
