Los Angeles has a tendency to stifle my creativity. I think it's the smog. At least this is what I tell myself when I hit a rut. So last week I packed my stuff and headed home. Sweet home, Chicago! Not to be confused with the movie/play. It was nice. Nothing like being surrounded by those who love you to refresh yourself.
I've came back to LA on Monday, and spent the rest of the week getting all my ducks in a row. It now seems they're ready to quack. Wow, that was incredibly lame.
I've been splitting my time between taking care of the kids and working on new projects. Caroline and I share time with the kids pretty evenly, but they're with me though the end of the month. I'm trying to get as much time as I can before I go to Toronto to start filming "Kinsley" in March.
Other than that, there's not much to tell. A couple of new projects are in the work with my production studio, and we're still looking for a buyer to put "29 Palms" out on the market (any takers?). I've been following the progress of Da Bulls. Or lack thereof. Twelve games below .500 isn't bad, because we're talking about the Bulls.
Yes, this is the life of a B-list celeb. Actually, I'm not sure what list I'm on anymore. Am I even on a list? Probably not.
I'm recommitting myself to this thing. So, officially I'm back. Back again. This time for good. No more apologizing, I promise. Who knows? I might even grace your buddy list with my presence. For now, I think I'll stick to lurking. I always did like that better anyway.
