How Do I Deal?

Two of my best friends have been hurt on the job recently and ah, I'm not sure how to deal. They both almost died and we're lucky we found them in time but it's ah- been hard on the team.

Any advice?

You just stay close. Be there if they need someone to talk to, someone to be around. Everybody copes differently, but you just let them know you're there.
