Springboard #15: Outside looking in.
Whether it's a case, a court room, a morgue, in the lab, etc... Whether it's because you aren't allowed to or can't or shouldn't, whether you're training someone else or even watching it on television, how does it feel to watch someone else do your job?
There’s nothing more shameful then trading in your badge and gun for a visitors pass. On several occasions, I had to watch Calleigh and Eric process the evidence that I collected, and needless to say it was devastating. It made me miss the lab even more.
Lately, I’ve been the shadows of my colleagues, and for once I’m not complaining. As long as I’m in the lab I’m content.
