Coincidently, Olivia and I were
just having a conversation about the weather. Spring in New England. Winter gives way to warmer temps and daylight savings time. Here in Boston, we wash the grey road salt of our vehicles to make room for bird crap and a coat of yellow tree pollen. Between the Duck Boats, Swan Boats, and first pitch at Fenway, things start to thaw. That’s usually when the first calls start rolling in. Odd smells coming from abandoned buildings, dogs digging up bones up on the Trail…bodies washing up on the shore.
The call came in at 6:15 AM.
To think, it'll only get worse when the heat waves of summer start.
Happy Monday.
