With the gracious help of moniquemadigan and kporterbooks and Snoop (cynthea) I've improved the pitch for my MG manuscript. Fingers crossed (although it makes for slow typing) that the revised query has success.
Meanwhile, I'm back to working on the YA that I started this fall. And I still like it!
I'm also reading the craft book "From Where You Dream" by Robert Olen Butler. Have you read it? Wow. The first two chapters are amazing. There was so much that I wanted to remember that I started taking notes, but then it was all so good, I ended up writing down nearly everything!
