Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas
Cordy, Dylan and everyone that helped out with it, done a great job with the Christmas party at the Hyperion for allot of needy kids. Was a really cool thing that so many of our friends came to help give some foster kids a nice Christmas.
Me and Angel helped Rhia and Preach out a little with some of the setting up decorations. Wasn't to hard with everyone workin' together. And Dylan really had one of his best plans ever, when he brought child safety locks to try and keep the little rug rats outta our offices. Fred and Wesley liked the child locks too. Course Taylor and his little friends seem to not have much of a problem with em. Although Wes was ribbin' soulboy cause he couldn't get into his office. Was a bit humorous, but I'm not gonna say anythin' more about that.
Also just glad I didn't have to do anythin' embarrassing like dress up like Santa. That honor was left to Mike who actually looked pretty good in the costume. Course didn't look as good as Brooke, who made a really hot Mrs Clause. And our jolly green buddy Lorne and talkin' Donkey was cool pretendin' to be elves to show the kids a really entertainin' time. Danny, Starr, Gia, Destiny among others joined em and helped to entertain the kids as well. So all in all, it looked like everyone had a fun time, and all the kids sure seemed to love gettin' presents to open on Christmas. From first hand experience, I know that havin' somethin' to open on Christmas means allot to those that don't have anythin. Me and my little sis always enjoyed openin' gifts together that the local charities gave. Does give some good memories to hold onto.
Anyway after the party ended, and the foster kids left, I saw Angel handed out the gifts for Taylor, Dylan and their friends. For a usually broody vampire, he's really good with kids. Though could tell he was a bit disappointed that his boy didn't come. But Angel Junior is a stubborn kid. Am sure the troubled teen will eventually come around when he comes to terms with his past. Until then, he still has lots of people that care for him. I'll always be here for him and our friends. Cause Team Angel is our family now. We help each other through all the bad times. And no matter what the comin' year brings, I have no doubt that there isn't anythin' we can't overcome together.
