Please help share the Mr Bush loveliness: I have a scanned pdf image of Mr Bush and have no idea how to post it to LJ. It's not on the net so I can't just post a link. Currently I have it as an attachment to an email.

Would someone care to post some very explicit (just the way I like my fics) instructions on how to do this?
