One Piece 589 - reactions
Okay. Just read 589.
I guess I kinda see now where all the time skip rumours were coming from. Because the last time Luffy thought he was weak, it was just after Sabo "died", and he trained for years to become strong. I still don't see any reason for a time skip though. As I said on dandy's thread, Luffy's the learn-as-you-go kind of person, I don't see him sitting down at Hammock's knee and learning how to control his haki. Also, it would give the rest of the Supernovae too much of a headstart in the New World.
Now, what's that about on page 7? Who are those kids? Especially the one training with the rock, and the girl attacking the straw thingy with a shinai? That's not ZORO and KUINA, is it??? The outlines of his boy's friends' heads look like these three!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Okay, so he's supposed to be from Shimotsuki Village, but there may be other obscure villages on that island! Zoro and Luffy may be from the same ISLAND!
And...and! Who is Dragon giving first aid to? Is that SABO????????????? Is he alive???
(Okay, randomizemylife pointed out on the main One Piece thread it could be a different island. That's true, although that means Sabo drifted pretty far! And yes, Koshiro helping the Revolutionaries...very interesting!)
Oh, and, I now officially love Dadan.

On the minus side, now I need to revise my Zoro-background fics...
