(no subject)
Quick update because I have to be awake in roughly six hours...
-Sandra Day O'Connor speech last night was awesome. My poli sci class got front row seats because we got there insanely early. It was sweet. Further details later because I can't coherently remember them right now.
-Hung out in Antje's office after classes this afternoon. Ate a croissant, drank tea, chatted about my essay and her PhD dissertation (which I got to see the final, leatherbound copy of since she has it in her office), and played with May. She liked my topic idea for my essay, and we were cracking up over May barking anytime someone knocked on the door. Oh, and she's straight. *grumble* Canine therapy will definitely be needed again next week. :)
-Had dinner with Becka after I'd seen her earlier in the day when I was buying my croissant and tea. Then walked her back to her room and ended up hanging out there for a couple of hours, which was really nice since I usually don't see her outside of BGLAD and walking to classes. Hopefully we can do that again- possibly over the 3rd season of OZ, which she has on DVD.
-Registration for classes is a week from today, as is my dad's birthday. Must send present. Last track meet is eight days from today. Room draw is...12 days away, I think, since I'm too lasy to look on a calander at the moment.
ROOM DRAW NUMBER: 197 (out of roughly 400 people in our class. and still no prospects for a roommate. meh.)
