A Question

A question has been bugging me for close to a month now:
If helium is the second most plentiful element in the universe (hydrogen being #1), but quite rare on Earth, does that mean that all intelligent life in outer space have squeaky voices?

Imagine that.

Maybe that's why we can't find intelligent life in outer space, or they can't find us, our voices are on different decibels and our measuring devices can't spot each other... Hmmm.
