The Biggest Loser

First of all, even though they'll never see this - MAJOR PROPS to all of the contestants on The Biggest Loser. Seriously, they are all f'ing AMAZING. To go from 401 pounds to like 180?!?!?! That's some insane dedication. And even more so because they do it in a healthy way. Sure, they seem to exercise a lot, but it's needed if you are that much overweight. If that doesn't inspire someone who is trying to lose weight, I don't know what will.

So, along those lines, Jeff and I are starting our own "Biggest Loser" contest tomorrow. We are aiming to go for 3 months - This time I'm NOT going to make any excuses or be lazy like I have been lately. I want to get into the BEST shape of my life! I think I could lose about 15 pounds and then see where I'm at. I don't know how much my body will let me lose, but I'm going for a toned, TIGHT body. So tomorrow I'm going to start eating healthier (even though I eat pretty healthy) and workin out to the max.
