My car went in for emissions today.... it failed.
"302 Cylinder 2 misfire detected"
"401 E.G.R. Flow insufficent detected"
one of my cylinder heads isn't working.... I need to replace the E.G.R. valve... the replacement valve is $160. Who the fuck knows how much the cylinder head is gonna cost.
Oh yeah... when you replace a cylinder head... you can't just replace one... you have to replace them all. Or the new cylinder head will blow all the other heads. My car is a V6... I have 6 cylinder heads.
Jim said that it might end up costing me $1,500 - $2,000. (and that's if we do it by ourselves.)
One more thing... my temporary tags expire tomarrow.
